Refunds

If you’re not satisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible to claim a refund under our 30 day money back guarantee (excluding
shipping) you need to contact us within 30 days of placing your order including:

• Your order number
• The reason for your refund request

Returns

Simply changed your mind? No problem! You can return your items to us and we
will issue a refund, as long as the products are in unused, unopened, undamaged
condition.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the order number isn't in your return we
won't be able to identify the return which prevents us from being able to issue a
refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to
reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider
using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t
guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
